Love TGIs! Rushden Lakes branch in Northampton is just so cool, looks amazing, draught beer on tap my hubby loves, food so good, only criticism would be the prices, so high and seem to keep going up. Our whole family loves it, feels like we are in America ???????? Carol, Tim & Co ????

After being told on booking and confirmed by phone call on the day 2 separate tables for my booking. That's ok don't mind that went to restaurant to make booking and was advised I could have 2 separate tables but near each other. Imagine my disappointment on entering the restaurant to be advised the tables would be opposite sides of the restaurant as far apart as possible! On the day. It was probably the hottest day of the year so far and as Bournemouth is a coastal town no chance of another restaurant being able to accommodate us. You would believe the restaurant would pull out the stops for us due to initial disappointment. No... Service was slow on the adults table. Took almost 30 minutes to get drinks and order food. Starters arrived no plates to put the sharer food on. Then no knives and forks for main course. Trip to ladies found toilets dirty, and no toilet paper! Table not fully cleared of starters but Main course served and one of the party had no food and by the time it was brought out three of us had finished!
No desserts we waited so long to be served the younger group of our party ( party of 4) had completely finished! Whilst we were given all that we had ( party of 6) the food and drinks as gratis ...it misses the point that we would have much preferred my birthday celebrations to have gone without a problem and paid the bill!

the food is BUSSIN BUSSIN but the service is bad like an whole hour for 2 ribs and ONE burger like bruh is Gordon Ramsay inspecting ur restaurant?? but food is good so I have to give it points so overall 6/10

went to the one in nottingham, very good food, very good beer choices, staff liked to talk to each other and was little slow which was disappointing otherwise it would have been a 5 star

Great click and collect service. Food was hot, well presented and delicious

Had me on hold for 10 minutes to place a order. Then when I get there to pick up my food, I asked the lady y’all are busy tonight & she said no. I said why I was on hold for 10 minutes trying to place a order. I only have 30 minutes for my lunch break & my food was cook to hard. I didn’t enjoy it. I had to throw it away. This is sad.

Sunday, I picked up a To Go order. My order consisted of their new cheesesteak rolls minus the cheesesteak. Just some gooey cheese inside. If you want a cheesesteak roll go to Firebirds. I also ordered the Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta. I took one bite. It tasted like vomit! I took it back and got my money back. I strongly feel if I had eaten the pasta I would’ve ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. I was suspicious of why they gave me enough to feed 3 people and I realized it was probably leftovers from days ago. There was NOTHING fresh about it.
This is one of the nastiest frozen food tasting restaurants I’ve ever eaten and I will NEVER eat there again!

Went to TGI's for birthday meal with other half and 3 year olds birthday (busy time of year) at Trafford centre.
Mel at TGI's made the experience amazing and extra special.
Food was lovely as normal, but Mel was #amazing!

Went to Hagley rd birmingham best service Jordan R has got customer service nailed good was great aswell.

We had an amazing experience in Fridays Liverpool New Mersey. Brilliant food and awesome service from Gemma. I can highly recommend and will definitely come back.
